The city of Wrocław, Poland has put up a guide to local Jewish heritage on its official web site.
Called “In the Footsteps of Wrocław Jews,” it includes an interactive map on which you can click on about a dozen sites and see a description and photograph. They include the White Stork Synagogue and Jewish communal complex and two Jewish cemeteries, but also other buildings and sites around the city.
The guide is available in Polish, English, and German.
